I've managed to get to £114 MRR on my SaaS.

I mainly focused on ads for some initial growth, with some assistance from @benjaminboman_ teaching me about ads and selling!

I recently launched a B2C SaaS.

Here's what happened:

1. ~200 daily visitors from previous SEO efforts and a lead magnet.

2. Switched to subscriptions from credits.

3. 2 paying customers, bringing my MRR to $30.

4. +200 users registered. More than 100 tried the product.
